Our Studio
We don't make jewelry for display cases. We make it for the moments that matter — the proposals, the milestones, the "just because." Handcrafted one-on-one in our Dallas studio, made to be worn every day and passed down for generations.
"I sent my late mother's handwriting from an old birthday card. When the pendant arrived I was completely undone. The most meaningful piece of jewelry I have ever owned."
Sarah M.Midi Pendant · Natural Diamonds · Yellow Gold
"My daughter drew a heart and wrote 'I love mommy' when she was four. I've had it taped on my bathroom mirror for years. When I saw the handwriting pendant on Instagram I wasted no time immortalizing her note. I wear my necklace every single day. The craftsmanship is genuinely extraordinary and I'm constantly stopped with admirers of it!!"
Jennifer R.Mini Pendant · Cultivated Diamonds · Rose Gold
"The ruby heart tennis necklace is a showstopper. I get stopped everywhere I wear it. Worth every penny and the process and working with Mackenzie was so personal and easy from start to finish."

Bridal & Engagement
From the first stone sourced to the moment it's on your finger — bespoke engagement rings designed entirely around you.
Custom Pieces
Necklaces, earrings, bracelets, heirlooms redesigned — if you can wear it, we can make it.
Heirloom Redesigns
Some of the most meaningful pieces we make begin with something that already exists. Grandma's ring that's been sitting in a box for decades. A necklace from a loved one that isn't quite your style. Old jewelry that holds real sentimental value but hasn't been worn in years.
We take what you have — the stones, the gold, the story — and redesign it into something you'll actually wear. Something that honours where it came from while feeling completely, unmistakably yours.
Old jewelry, new life
Grandma's diamond reset into a modern solitaire. A stack of inherited gold pieces melted into a bangle. We work with your existing metal and stones wherever possible.
Same process, same care
Redesigns follow the same custom process — discovery, CAD, wax option, handcrafted finish. The 50% deposit policy applies. We treat heirloom pieces with the same precision as anything made new.
More modern, still meaningful
The goal is never to erase the history — it's to make it wearable again. Most clients tell us a redesigned heirloom becomes their most worn piece.
How It Works
Every piece begins here — in person, by phone, or virtually. We work with clients across the US — in person or virtually. We get to know you: your vision, your style, who or what this piece is for, and your budget. For custom and bridal pieces, we talk stone preferences, shapes, and settings. For heirloom redesigns, this is where you share the pieces you want to reimagine — photos, stones, sentimental details — and we listen to exactly what you're hoping to create. No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation.
For bridal and diamond pieces, we source stones specifically for your project. Natural or cultivated, coloured gemstones or fancy diamonds — we find options within your preferences and present them to you. Once you've selected your stone, your design takes shape around it.
Once the design direction is set — and for bridal, your stone is selected — we require a 50% deposit to begin production. This secures your stone or existing pieces, your spot in our queue, and your design. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery. As every piece is made entirely to order, all custom pieces are final sale. No exceptions.
We send your piece to CAD — a precise 3D digital rendering of exactly what will be made. You'll see every angle, every detail, every dimension before a single gram of gold is touched. This step applies to new custom pieces and heirloom redesigns alike. You can request changes at this stage. Once you approve the CAD, we move to production.
This step is one of the most valuable parts of the custom process — you see your piece before it exists.
Want to hold it before it exists in gold? We can print a wax model so you can see and feel the scale, shape, and fit in real life. This is especially popular for engagement rings and more complex redesigns. It's optional — but one many clients find invaluable before committing to their final piece.
Once approved, your piece is handcrafted in our Dallas studio. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from design approval, though timelines vary by complexity. Every piece is made to order — never from a pre-made mounting, never from a template. Only for you. For heirloom redesigns, your original stones and any usable metal are carefully incorporated throughout this process.
Your finished piece is photographed, inspected, and carefully packaged. The remaining balance is collected at this stage. We ship securely across the US — fully insured — so no matter where you are, your piece arrives safely. From here — it's yours, forever. Made to be worn, passed down, and coveted.
The Work
A glimpse at what we've built for clients. Every piece here started with a conversation — and ended with something no one else has.
All custom pieces require a 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable..
4–6 weeks from design approval to finished piece. Bridal pieces may take slightly longer depending on stone sourcing. We'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
All custom pieces are made in solid 14k or 18k gold, or platinum. We work with natural diamonds, cultivated diamonds, coloured gemstones, and fancy colour diamonds.
Because every piece is made entirely to order for you — from stone selection to final finish — all custom pieces are final sale. We stand behind our work completely and will always make it right if something isn't as expected.
Care, Repair & Warranty
Fine jewelry is precious metal, not armor. With the right care it will last generations. And when life happens, we're here to help put it together again!
Warranty
We offer complimentary repairs on our pieces for one year when we determine an issue to be a manufacturing defect. We assess each situation individually — and we know the difference between a defect and damage from wear.
Repairs
We offer complimentary repairs on our own pieces within the first year of purchase. After that, repairs are fee-based and priced per job. We also repair pieces we didn't make — bring us what's broken.
Custom & Ready to Ship
Non-personalized pieces may be returned within 7 days for a full refund, or exchanged within 15 days for store credit. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Custom and special order pieces are final sale — no exceptions.
What's Covered
We offer complimentary repairs if we determine a situation to be a manufacturing issue. Because all of our pieces are handmade rather than mass produced, we extremely rarely have clients encounter issues of any kind with our settings. When something does arise, we assess each situation individually — and we are fully capable of distinguishing between a manufacturing defect and damage from wear.
Loose or lost stone due to improper setting
Clasp or closure failure under normal use
Structural weakness in the piece itself
Prong failure not caused by impact or snagging
Protecting Your Piece
Fine gold is precious metal — beautiful, lasting, and worth protecting. Our warranty covers what happens in the making, not what happens in the wearing. Impact, bending, and daily wear are part of life — they are not manufacturing defects, and we assess every situation with care and honesty.
Impact, bending, or denting from physical activity
Snagging or pulling — necklace chains, earring backs
Exposure to chemicals — pools, perfume, cleaning products
Scratches or surface wear from everyday use
Damage from wearing jewelry during exercise or sport
Treat it with the same care you'd give anything precious — and it will last a lifetime.
Repair Services
Accidents happen — and jewelry is no exception. We repair our own pieces and pieces we didn't make. Whether it's a snapped chain, a re-tip, a resizing, or a full restoration — send us a photo and we'll give you an honest assessment and a quote.
11:Eleven Pieces
Free within the first year of purchase. Fee-based after that, priced per repair. We know our own work and will always prioritize getting it right.
Other Jewelers' Work

The first heirloom Mackenzie ever redesigned was her own. Her grandmother gifted her a 1980s fan ring — a pear diamond surrounded by pavé, set in yellow gold. Beautiful. But it wasn't her. So with her grandmother's encouragement, she kept the diamonds, melted the gold, and transformed it into a modern toi et moi bypass after sourcing the perfect complementary pear-shaped emerald. Her grandmother saw it for the first time and couldn't believe what it had evolved into. It's now Mackenzie's most beloved conversation piece — and the one that always brings her back to the woman who gave it to her.
